The Focus team is excited (and a bit sad) to announce that Darren Rabie, Founder & President of Focus, will be stepping away from the day-to-day duties with Focus in order to spend more time with his family, philanthropy and to pursue other opportunities. In his place, Steven Wright has been appointed President & CEO and Lisa Rodrigues as VP & COO.
Steven and Lisa have a combined 25 years with Focus, starting in entry level positions and working their way up to now ownership of Focus. With their experience, passion and a strong team supporting over 80 clients, the time was right for this transition.
Darren will remain in a strategic role within the organization as Chairman, with an active role in mentoring Steven and Lisa over the years to come. Darren will also continue to support some of his long standing Focus clients.
