Lisa joined the Salesforce eco-system back in 2007 when she joined Focus after nearly a decade in the airline industry. Eventually becoming a minority shareholder in 2012, to co-owner with Steven Wright in 2019. She has a keen interest in helping people and organizations with streamlining business processes and helping end users on their learning journey of Salesforce. Since then, she and the team have worked on hundreds of Salesforce implementations anywhere from 1- 200 users across many industries and regions. No matter how big or small the need is, Lisa’s commitment is to help anyone that has a desire to improve their current situation.
Lisa is originally from Edmonton, travelled the world, got married and now calls Toronto home.
