After completing his Honours BA in Marketing at York University, Steven Wright went on to perform in a number of sales roles, eventually becoming Sales Manager to one of Canada’s largest sports memorabilia companies.
Joining Focus in 2006, Steven became a minority shareholder shortly thereafter and has been instrumental in progressing Focus from its original purpose of being a turn-key Business Development operation to eventually offering Fractional Sales Management as its core purpose.
Today, working alongside his business partner Lisa, Steven takes on the role of President & CEO and is a strong resource to all employees at Focus, especially in the areas of sales organization design, sales strategy, compensation modelling and recruitment.
Steven is a born Torontonian and lives in the west end with his wife Renata and his three children.
